What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, country, and the requirement details you provide, along with the page you were viewing. If you attach files, they are uploaded directly to a restricted, organisation-owned storage location — this site never stores the file bytes itself.
Where it goes
Enquiry details are delivered to a notification mailbox and to a shared operations record used by our sales and engineering team to review and respond to your enquiry. Access to that record is restricted to named staff, not shared by link.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not use enquiry contact details for marketing without separate consent. We do not publish your name, company, or requirement details publicly.
Your requests
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your enquiry data, contact contact@nandrix.com. We action deletion and correction requests by hand across our operations record and storage location.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for a defined period to support sales follow-up and reporting, then purged on a documented schedule. Exact retention periods are finalised ahead of public launch.
